My puppies get to go to daycare at a place called ‘Woofdah’ once a week to help them burn off some energy.. Woofdah just opened a new building, and I got to go tour it with mommy and daddy. I had lots of fun seeing where my puppies would be playing – I even got to sit in the big pirate ship and play with momma! I asked if I could go there on the days when Chimo and Oakley get to go in, but I guess only puppies are allowed. I was bummed! I am glad that my puppies have lots of fun though.

OK, OK, I can’t *quite* crawl yet, but I’m just checking to see if it’s OK if I crawl to you when I am able to crawl. Can I?? I want to make a big list of people who want me to crawl to them, just so I know.

I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting.. and on Nov 30, my buddy Ben was born! I got to meet him.. he’s really really little, but mom and dad tell me that he’ll be growing up soon. I’m excited!

They play with me while I have tummy time. This is my oldest cousin Jonathan – he’s lots of fun!

My cousin Elliott turned one yesterday (Nov 30)! We had a party at his house.. I got to sit by him with grandpa and watch him play with his cupcake. I can’t wait until I can take a cupcake apart!

My friend Ben was also born today, but I didn’t get to see him because of some stupid H1N1 stuff. Mom and dad saw him, though, and told me he’s really cute, and that I will have fun playing with him!

He helped grandpa replace a door and a window, and then I got him all to myself! He’s a good snuggler.

I snuggled up with his hand. I like having my hand and head held at the same time! (This is while mom and dad were at the Skillet concert. I still think I should have gone with! But hanging with grandma and grandpa is good too.. and yes, I know I’m not supposed to start a sentence with ‘but’, but I’m just a little guy, MMKAY?)

Well, technically she’s not my aunt I guess (she’s grandma’s sister), but she’s still my auntie! She and Uncle Jim came into town for Thanksgiving, and to meet me!

For me, this is “get-held-by-grandma-grandpa-aunty-uncle-cousin day!”

I had a busy weekend! Out at lots of friends houses.. I didn’t want to sleep, but ended up falling asleep on daddy’s lap. I guess that’s what happens when I’m tired!

..before he’s even born!!! Ben’s daddy Phil was playing with me too. It was fun! I liked this play set — there were lots of tails to yank on and stuff.

This is me with my uncle/cousin/something-like-that Joe, who is AWESOME! Even when daddy takes him by surprise and takes a weird picture of him.

When great-grandpa was going downhill fast, my great-grandma Bonnie didn’t want to come visit him very much. I tried to help her get through it by sitting on her lap for a bit.. I giggled, I smiled, I flirted, and I farted — I did everything I can do to help someone feel better. She says she is dreading the funeral today, so I plan on doing the exact same thing. I love my great-grandma.

I snuggled with great-grandpa Norm for a few minutes Thursday night, the day before he left. I hope he knows I was there to comfort him, and that we all love him very much.

My great-grandpa Norm (Arnold Norman Carlson) moved to a better place today (10/16/2009) and left behind an influence that will last forever.

I only got to meet him a few times, but dad says he is very glad that I was born in time to meet him. This picture is of me, my dad Nate, my grandpa John, and my great-grandpa Norm (four generations!) the first time I met him. He’s been unable to communicate for quite awhile, but lit up the first time he saw me. Dad says that he will tell me lots of stories about Great-Grandpa Carlson when I’m older.

Dad thinks that he just held on long enough to make sure that the Carlson name got passed down from his line. That’s a lot of pressure on me – thanks a lot Dad!

Doesn’t matter who’s held me – I always want to go back and snuggle with mama!

I even convinced my aunty Tara to hold me when I was there to visit her new daughter!!
